Since joining Zyloware in 2014 as Administrative Manager of Product Development, Lisa has worked her way through the ranks and played a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product strategy, elevating the quality, design, and execution of every frame we bring to market. 

Lisa expertly leads and manages the product development team with a clear focus on creating the best eyewear designs possible, balancing innovation, functionality, and style. She is deeply involved in sourcing the highest-quality components, ensuring that every material used meets Zyloware’s rigorous standards. Beyond the product itself, Lisa has been instrumental in building honest, lasting relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and quality control partners, reinforcing the foundation of trust and collaboration that drives long-term success.
